To the Honorable Clergy: Your parishioners and congregations look to you for spiritual guidance. Start by counting your heartbeats while exercising and praying. Show others by example of you improving your physical, mental and spiritual health.
Take the Gratitude Heartbeats Challenge
On Days of Worship - Dear Honorable Clergy, please instruct your congregation that at the end of worship services they may turn on their cell phones and send the text message LTY 10000 (LTY with space then 10000 for total heartbeats)
For every 100 people 1,000,000 total heartbeats will be given from your house of worship that day to make the World better.
Please instruct those with cell phone text messaging capabilities to assist others without cell phones allowing them to press the send button. This is a Good Deed.
Note: A simple pocket reference card can be handed out before services with instructions on how to text message while at their house of worship and outside when mobile.
